  I can understand delays on delivery, especially between 5pm-9pm when people want dinner. What I don't like is the horrible customer service. I don't blame the associates, I blame the management. Clearly they don't care to make sure that basic customer service is implemented. Like maybe not putting customers on hold for 20 minutes, or just picking up the phone period. My delivery is late today and now I don't even have the option of canceling it and getting a refund because these associates thinks it's perfectly fine to not speak to paying customers. It's rediculous.

  This is a sad excuse for a store. I have read all these reviews on here but I don't like to judge a place until I have tried it myself. I ordered a pizza 3 ago and I still have not received it and the store is closed so I can't call and the driver called and told me he is on the way and that was 40 minute ago and still waiting. I will be calling corporate about this.I am hungry and the store is only a 8 minute drive and it's been 3 hours since I placed my order and still not here.
